Served aboard Constellation 1963-66, when she was the newest carrier in the fleet. Sorry to see her scrapped, but understand. Safe voyage.
Good photos on NASA’s Earth Observatory page, “Finding a Constellation with a Laser”. An Operation IceBridge aircraft flew over at 1500 feet and scanned the ship and tug with Lidar.
There are some more photos of the tow in Punta Arenas here http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/IOTD/view.php?id=84740&src=fb
It looks like you got there early and went further north and are now doubling back. No daubt as to why, fuel and provisions so much more reasonable during normal working hours. Brazil has a water shortage, the old Connie could ease it some, take care!
