Thank you Mary, this has been an incredible bitter sweet experience.
Thank you for all you have done to bring my lady to her final destination.
Thanks for a nice job allowing us to see the Connie one last time. Safe sailing!
Really enjoyed seeing a historical boat come to port of
Brownsville
Was standing on the jetties this morning ( 01/16/2015). Saw a piece of history being towed by on its way to be scrapped. I was excited to see the Constellation first hand but had a sad feeling come over me as she moved past. Hearing all the veterans who served on the carrier commenting about her was priceless. Thanks You to all the Veterans. Sincerely Chet Hatzold
Mary
thanks for all your hard work keeping all of us up to date on the Connie’s final voyage. Foss and the Crew of Corbin Foss should be proud of the professional job they just completed.
Excellent job to the crews, even though I have a heavy heart that the Connie is at the end of her voyage.
Thanks Mary. For me The Connie was my home for a while, and after all these years I still feel an attachment. I appreciate you keeping us informed of her progress on her final voyage. Thanks to the crew of the Corbin Foss.
will be seeing you driving down the road in a brand new chevy next year made from her.
I thought the Constellation CV-64 was going to be broken in Brownsville, TX. What shipyard will she be dismantled in Lake Charles?
The USS Constellation is at Brownsville, Texas. The Corbin Foss is going to Lake Charles to make ready for another voyage.
Will she be sitting at the Beaumont reserve fleet for a while?
The Connie will be at Brownsville waiting for dismantling.
Or will she be at Eco Werks?
Thank you, Mary, for keeping all of us updated on Connie’s progress.

Thank You, Mary for a Wonderful job of covering the end of my first ship only if it was for a few weeks on account of the fire in 1960. God Bless, and hope to see your work again, maybe for Ranger if your company gets tow contract…
Thank you and your company for your time relaying the travels of the Constellation, it has been greatly appreciated. Do you know if your company will be towing the USS Independence CV-62 from Bremerton to Texas?
