The Project:
Transportation of oil-production modules from fabrication yards in Maine and South Carolina to a facility in Port Arthur, Texas in support of a $7 billion expansion project to create the largest refinery in the U.S. and the eighth largest in the world. Foss provided marine transportation services to the Bechtel Jacobs Joint Venture, which was the EPC contractor to Motiva Enterprises LLC (jointly owned by Saudi Refining, Inc. and Shell Oil Company).
