The Leisa Florence was delivered to the Foss fleet in October 2020. The ASD-90 tug is powered by two, EPA Tier 4 compliant MTU diesel engines with Kongsberg Z-Drives. Rated at 6,866 horsepower and 90 ton bollard pull, the Rachael Allen is powerful enough to assist the largest cargo ships and escort tankers calling on ports on the U.S. West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii.
